The antagonist from our opening two minutes has some differences and similarities from the antagonist in sinister.

- Similarities.

-They both share one of the main characters within the film they appear in. I have picked the antagonist from sinister as they are both hard to distinguish and infer whether they are human or what they are and what category they come under. Furthermore, in our opening two minutes we don't see the antagonists face which doesn't make it clear to the audience whether the character is human. Similarly, throughout sinister we meet the antagonist and he appears in more scenes which is what we are including in our film. The opening two minutes of sinister doesn't show the antagonist this creates more of a suspense. In our opening two minutes we meet the character but we don't come face to face with him which makes it unclear to what the antagonist is. When the victim (Emma) is on the bridge and turns around with the approach of the antagonist her reaction gives an impression that the antagonist either looks possessed or hes holding some kind of weapon. The audience don't see what victim (Emma) is seeing which creates tension for the audience.

- The characters of our antagonist and sinister antagonist play similar roles as they both seem to move onto different people to attack or kill. As in sinister its the house which has a curse of the antagonist in which he killed a family which lived there before the new family which moved there. He kills them one by one and keeps a child which he creates to be evil and follow rules from him. In our opening two minutes it shows that the antagonist has killed a girl and her friend is at a graveyard with a letter the girl which was killed wrote and explains that shes sorry. This doesn't give to much away with what the narrative and storyline is going to include and how the antagonist attacks his victims.

- Differences.
- There isn't many differences included in our antagonist (Jordan) and sinister. However, we don't see the antagonist (Jordan) in sinister in action as we only meet him in vidoes and pictures whereas, our antagonist the audience does see as he appears in the majoirty of the scenes watching the victim and her every move.

- Appearance -
- The appearance of the characters are different as you can see what the antagonist (Jordan) from sinister looks like. Whereas, we don't come acorss the appearance of the antagonist from our opening two minutes. Even though the audeince don't see what the antagonist looks like they can infer how the antagonist looks from the reaction from the victims (Emma) and how the victim (Emma) looks possessed and like shes been attack from the antagonist.

- Costume -
- Both of the antagonists (Jordan) wear clothes which normal people shall wear. As the antagonist from sinister wears a suit. Whereas, the antagonist (Jordan)  from our opening two minutes wears a black tracksuit which is what normal, everyday people shall wear. The antagonist from Sinister's costume comes across as more threatening, as wearing a suit gives the effect of being more scary and has a huge impact on the audience. Whereas, the antagonist from our opening two minutes costume isn't as threatening as what the antagonist (Jordan) is wearing is what we see on a day to day basis, which doesnt make him as scary or as threatening.

- Role in film.
- They both have this curse on people and attack people which happens one by one and both of the films are supernatrual and show mytsery which make the audience question about what he does to his victims. In sinister a family is killed one by one and differently which is shown. In our opening two minutes not much is given away as we don't see how the antgonist kills his victims.

- Overall, these two characters have similarites.
